Had surgery 10 years ago During the consultation, they explained things while looking at me in the mirror, and said they would do their best to make it pretty. They said the actual surgery would turn out more natural than what they were currently drawing up. The doctor here in Daegu seemed the most confident!! And the eye shape was prettiest here too, so I got surgery here. After the first surgery (in-out crease + front canthoplasty + micro-fat removal + eye correction) It ended up becoming so little visible that it looked nothing like a double eyelid at all, with a hidden double eyelid and fat making it look heavy. A second surgery was scheduled in about 2 weeks?? The manager acted like there was nowhere else that would redo revision surgery without charging again, like it was some great favor. During surgery, they kept saying, "I’m trying to make you look pretty, but the patient has to listen. Can I make it pretty when you keep moving your eyes like this??" They told me not to blink and not to tremble, but then said to stay still, so why wouldn’t I listen? Huh? Seriously!!!!!! They stopped, got angry, and the female assistants standing next to them agreed and scolded me together. They said, "If you don’t cooperate like this, it won’t come out pretty!" I still have trauma from it. After surgery, the asymmetry between the two eyes was obvious at a glance. The scar on the double eyelid line was severely bumpy. Especially the part where they said they would remove the epicanthic fold and opened the lower part of the eye, that scar was so bad it extended to the center under the eye. When I went to other plastic surgery clinics, they said the epicanthic fold was still there, so why did they make a scar all the way here? They asked why they cut up a young person's under-eye area like a lower blepharoplasty on someone in their 50s or 60s, and why they left a surgical mark like that. That was the opinion I heard from more than 10 consultations in Seoul alone, excluding Daegu, all from board-certified plastic surgeons. Ah!! I kept getting sebum above my eye, and it was constantly uncomfortable, as if something was stuck there, so I went back and they said nothing was there. Even when the stitches were removed after the first surgery, a nurse's aide removed them, and after the second surgery, an aide removed the stitches too. Was it really checked whether the stitches were removed under the doctor's instructions? Is it okay for the doctor not to be there? When I visited again, another aide removed the one remaining stitch only months after the second surgery. They only removed what hadn't been removed even then. There must have been a foreign body in there, because that was why the double eyelid line kept catching and sebum kept forming. It felt refreshing after it was removed. The older school senior who had surgery with me back then also had the second surgery, and is still living with asymmetrical eyes and sausage-like eyes.
