I had my first surgery when I was 20, and they made it completely natural They didn't recommend ptosis correction either, just did exactly what needed to be done The only slightly disappointing part was that the inner corner of my eyes was a bit disappointing, so I had that done somewhere else too But my cousin saw my eyes and got it done too, and my cousin is completely satisfied
