They only consult about exactly what you want. I asked about revision double-eyelid surgery after only consulting about front canthoplasty because I personally wanted to know, and they didn't pressure me, just told me the necessary parts, which I liked. Since it's revision surgery, the price is a bit steep, but other hospitals were the same price too If I only did front canthoplasty, it was 50.
