I went for a nose consultation, and the director personally consulted with me. He also said he had over 10 years of experience, which made me trust him even more. For my first surgery, the bridge would be silicone, and the tip would be septal cartilage. If there isn't enough cartilage, he said he would even use ear cartilage. The hospital is huge and very clean.
