A YouTuber did bulbous nose surgery and went straight to surgery without consulting any other hospital. The person doing the consultation is, as expected, kind, but the doctor doesn't say even one word about the surgical method or any professional details about the surgery. After I finished consulting with the manager, I decided to only do the nose tip and nostril area, and as soon as the doctor came in, the first thing he said was, "It's not going to look pretty..?"
