The height of rudeness. The manager kept pushing other procedures that I never even mentioned. The waiting time was long, the reservation time meant nothing, and it was really bad. I wish I hadn't gone. And the doctor spoke casually to me too? It left me in a bad mood... I'm really at a loss about which clinic I should go to.
