I went for eye and nose consultations, and they explained the eyes well. I liked that the director kept pointing things out and speaking honestly. For the nose, I only saw the manager, and when I asked questions, they said I didn't need to know that far, so the answer wasn't sufficient and it didn't lead to surgery.
