A long time ago, I went for a nose surgery consultation, but the director was in surgery so I couldn't meet them. While consulting with the manager, she said my nose was ugly, and I was very offended. If it didn't hurt that much, I wouldn't still remember it to this day. She also told me to get all sorts of other surgeries, so that wasn't great.. The facilities were clean, but the staff were unfriendly, so I didn't trust them.
