About 7 years ago, I went to get consultations for revision double eyelid surgery, revision nose surgery, and facial contouring, but they forced me to leave a deposit. The deposit was not refundable, and they told me to either get some other procedure instead, so this year I went in for masseter Botox for my double chin. I got it three times while I was at it, but the effect seems just so-so.
