Well, I did get the surgery somewhere else, but just to leave a consultation review: it wasn't especially kind, but it was simply F.M. to me? So there wasn't any discomfort from the level of kindness... but the explanation kept piling on top of piling on, and if you let yourself get swayed, it felt like you might end up getting other procedures too? They explain that well.
