In 2018 I went around by myself looking for a nose surgery. I couldn’t consult with a doctor and only talked with the manager. It was all about price haggling: where had I consulted, how much would they do it for, how much would they give me it for! The nose was done by a YouTuber back then, so I put it on my shortlist, but it felt like a waste of time.
