This was a hospital I went to right after the CSAT exam a few years ago, when I knew nothing and rushed into surgery. I came for a consultation to get a nose revision, and the director who had done my nose back then was gone lol. Also, among the consultation coordinators, the older woman was kind, but the younger ones were rude. From their expressions, they weren’t smiling at all, and I could feel them being hostile toward me throughout the consultation. When I was talking to the doctor, that coordinator stayed right next to me the whole time, which was uncomfortable. The doctor also came in and just stood the whole time instead of sitting down, talking like they wanted to leave quickly. It was the worst consultation ever.
