About 10 years ago, it was my first surgery, and I knew nothing, so I thought big hospitals were the best at surgery, didn’t visit many places for consultations, and just rushed to book and have the operation. I still regret it.. After the surgery, I had a scar left from the inner canthoplasty, and the double eyelid completely came undone, so when I went back for aftercare, I was very disappointed with how they handled it. The manager said my eyes were difficult to operate on and there was nothing they could do, and while showing me the pre-op photos, they talked as if I should be satisfied because they were bigger than before. (It was only a tiny bit bigger, really.) When I said I wanted the chief doctor to do it, I had to wait 40 to 50 minutes, and the consultation ended in about 3 minutes? They seemed very busy. Back then, 2 million won was not a cheap price, but they said if I wanted the chief doctor, I had to pay 1 million won more. In the end, I had the incision double-eyelid surgery redone by the doctor who did it the first time, and it loosened again. The aftercare was just far too poor.
