I had double eyelid surgery a few years ago. I visited a few hospitals in Gwangju, and they all said my eyes couldn't really do a flashy outer line. Here too, they said it couldn't be flashy unless I also did something like lateral canthoplasty. I liked that they were honest. Right now the line is something I would call completely natural... well, it's okay. The fat on my upper eyelids disappeared, which I like. When I had it done, they said it would only be done under local anesthesia, but I don't know how it is these days.
