I just had soft zygoma reduction done. First of all, compared to other clinics, there were only a few staff members and one director, so I liked that it wasn't a loud or chaotic atmosphere. The clinic itself feels like a typical clinic that does a lot of minor procedures, but it was neatly organized, so it looked clean. The manager was pretty and kind. The director gave a polite, formal explanation and listened well to my questions. He isn't the type to raise your expectations too much about the surgery itself. Overall, I was satisfied.
