I filled out a simple medical questionnaire, then had consultations in the order of coordinator, director, coordinator, with no separate consultation fee. I went in asking about partial incision, but they recommended a full incision. They said non-incisional adhesion was possible, but my eyes might loosen, and clearly told me this was the maximum line possible. They created the line several times and also showed me the line possible with an incision, which I liked best. They also recommended ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty together, but did not pressure me. The coordinator also answered all my questions carefully and at length and was kind.
