After struggling with texture problems and capsular contracture following my first surgery, I finally found a clinic I truly liked, completed revision surgery satisfactorily, and am leaving this review. I hope it helps those losing sleep while deliberating revision surgery like I was. 1. Consultation with the surgeon (matching expertise and aesthetic sense) Of all the clinics I consulted, this surgeon explained things most thoroughly and in the greatest detail. I could especially feel that they had extensive clinical experience with revision surgery. They directly showed me progress photos from cases similar to or more severe than mine and explained them, which gave me confidence. Perhaps because of their experience, they immediately understood exactly what I wanted. Above all, the shapes and lines in the progress photos I saw at the clinic were beautiful, and the surgeon's aesthetic sense completely matched the style I pursue, so I could entrust myself to them. 2. Consultation with the coordinator (careful support and help with the decision) Because a rough-surface implant had been used in my first surgery, the texture felt truly bad from immediately after surgery. So until one week before this surgery, I could not decide whether to prioritize texture or safety and kept deliberating. The coordinator deliberated with me and continued the consultation as if it were her own matter. She even searched around personally to find stock of the implant I wanted, and I could feel her sincerity in every aspect of her attitude. She always seemed busy, but her effort to accommodate my schedule and convenience as much as possible for consultations made me trust her deeply. 3. Surgery and pain (acknowledging the surgeon's golden hands) Other places said that because the capsular contracture was severe, it would be a very difficult surgery, but perhaps because the surgeon was so skilled, the procedure ended very smoothly. Before surgery, the surgeon kept reassuring me, saying they would make it as painless and manageable as possible. True to their words, the pain was much less than I expected, which surprised me. (I was told that removal of the capsule also went smoothly because my tissue quality was favorable.) 4. Postoperative care and follow-up The surgeon came personally once immediately after surgery and again just before discharge to check my condition. Even though they must have been busy, each time they came, they gave long, detailed explanations about the progress, precautions, and future care, which moved me. After surgery, free follow-up care and scar management continue to be provided, and seeing that they even have a 10-year A/S policy made me realize how proud the surgeon is of their skills and results. Overall assessment In the end, I am extremely satisfied in every respect: shape, texture, and safety! I was very worried because it was revision surgery, but it was a perfect choice, with skill, aesthetic sense, and kind care all coming together. I would actively recommend it to anyone deliberating revision surgery.
