I had fat grafting here. I was careful even about smiling for a month so the fat would take well. I could definitely feel a difference afterward. It seems to have reduced a little over time, but I think the current natural look is better than being overly full. However, for a month I looked like a different person. The swelling was no joke, and I had to wear a mask everywhere. I only had one session. It has continued to look more natural up to six months, so I’m satisfied. There is still a tight feeling, though. Especially in summer, when it is hot or I’m tired, the grafted area feels slightly swollen, but it is swelling only I notice.
