It has been a while since I went for the consultation! I remember that when I went, I waited briefly and went straight in. I felt that the doctor seemed to pursue a natural look rather than an extremely glamorous one, and recommended combining alar reduction with a plan to give the tip of my nose a natural amount of height, which seemed suitable for me. The consultation was comfortable, without any feeling that I was being forced to do it a certain way.
