I had surgery in 2022 and have been doing well ever since. At the consultation, they said there were no restrictions on implants and that both the inframammary and periareolar approaches were possible, so I chose the inframammary approach. The implant was Motiva Demi. There is still a little scarring on one side, but it is only visible on close inspection. The texture seems fine, perhaps because I did not originally have a completely flat chest. I have little upper-breast fullness, a somewhat pigeon chest, and uneven nipple positions. They said the nipple positions could not be helped. But I wonder whether the pigeon chest could not originally be corrected either. An ultrasound last year showed no abnormalities. The surgery seems to have gone well without complications. The shape is just okay.
