There was a bit of a cost and a lot of people, so there was some waiting, but I thought maybe that just meant it was popular, so it didn’t seem bad. First of all, the director was kind, and he doesn’t recommend anything beyond the area I specifically mentioned. He showed me a lot of before-and-after photos, so it was useful as a reference for how things usually improve.
