I got a nose surgery consultation. I saw a director who is currently doing a lot of noses, and he had a style that felt very trustworthy, so I went without high expectations and ended up interested. He explained things while actually palpating the area, and asked if I had any more questions, giving a very thorough consultation. The consultation manager was also extremely kind and nice.
