I got 4 mm and it has held up well for 2 years, so I’m very satisfied. I got filler without knowing much, but I’m happy with it. The sound during the procedure was so hard to listen to, so I’m not sure about getting it done again. Still, I’m grateful they gave me such a nice forehead. The side effect is that my skin got worse.
