I had lip laser hair removal two years ago, and it seems to have a semi-permanent effect. The hair above my lip still hasn't grown back, and I went with two friends, but only one of them said the lip hair has started growing back thinly. It seems like a woman and a man take turns doing the laser treatment almost every time, and each time it ended in an instant.
