Good facilities, kind people, and an atmospheric factory. If the consultations were just a little more relaxed and kind, it would be the best value for money. If you already know exactly what procedure you want and have been through consultations a lot, then it’s very good. It’s a bit confusing that they say to go to this floor, that it’s the main building, or that it’s the annex, and so on;
