It's a factory-style hospital, but they're kinder than I expected! I've had Shrink about 5 times and hair removal 3 times. Procedurally, you do consult with the manager, but it doesn't really feel like a consultation, more like agreeing to the terms right before payment? And the doctors only do the procedures you actually need, and they're pretty gentle and kind. It's far from my house, but the reason I go here is that the website shows all the prices clearly without having to dig around. They also run a lot of promotions, so the prices are relatively cheap, and after procedures they do a happy-call review raffle, where you can get to try mini procedures once. I've won twice so far, so I got 100 shots of Shrink twice, such a steal. I’m not sure about the professionalism.. Even if you make a reservation, there is usually a wait, and there are a lot of people. Even during the worst of COVID, the skin care room was packed and the waiting chairs were full. Still, if you’re not getting a major procedure, it’s a decent place for a light visit.
