Every time I go, there are always a lot of people, but they still make sure things move along according to the reservation time. Even if the consultation time isn't long, they explain things kindly. For hair removal and similar treatments, the attentiveness and thoroughness of the person actually doing the laser affected the result a lot. It was different every time I went, but the meticulous staff did a really careful and excellent job.
