Factory-like. In the beginning, about 7 years ago, it felt like anyone who got treatment had good skills, but when I went recently, it felt like there were more rookie-looking doctors. The consultations were all handled by the managers. So I stopped going here and switched to a place with just one director. Still, it seems worth it for skin procedures and things like that.
