For laser hair removal, there isn't really much of a consultation. General doctors come and fire the laser click-click, and the thoroughness varies from doctor to doctor each day. The results are satisfying. It's a factory-style low-cost clinic, so I highly recommend this kind of value-for-money treatment. I haven't tried other procedures that involve a doctor's hands, so I don't really know.
