I had this surgery several years ago and I'm really satisfied. I don't remember the price exactly, but it wasn't very expensive. They aren't especially kind, and the facilities aren't great. But they can refine the nose without making it look obviously done. There were no side effects at all, and because it was an internal incision, there is no scar.
