The consultation was a total mess... The manager seemed unprofessional, the staff in their 50s or 60s didn't seem organized either, and the facilities weren't that great either ㅇㅇ... When I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, they said I'd have to make a new appointment. They were pulling on my nose with something like a cotton swab while giving the consultation, and it really didn't look professional at all. I kept emphasizing that I didn't want surgery, but they kept saying I should probably do it with an incision. I said I didn't want it because I knew it would leave a scar, but they irresponsibly insisted that there would be almost no scar... ㅇㅇ... I just lost all trust during the consultation and left.
