When I said I didn’t want silicone, they said that if they only lifted the tip, a high bridge wouldn’t come out, so I had to use silicone. At other places they said cartilage alone would be enough, but here they said my nose couldn’t be done with cartilage alone. I asked about silicone side effects and they said there weren’t any The consultation atmosphere was cool and detached.
