I was recommended eye correction, front canthoplasty, upper canthoplasty, and the buried-suture method. I wondered if buried sutures would be possible, but they said it was fully possible, which surprised me. I hadn't thought about upper canthoplasty, but after hearing the doctor's explanation, it seems like exactly what's needed to get the natural eye shape I want while still showing the double-eyelid line.
