Both the consultants and the doctor were kind, and I liked that they clearly said what could be done and what couldn't. Compared to other hospitals, the consultation and their eye for details seemed more thorough and delicate. They were very honest and didn't give the impression that they were trying too hard just to make money, so that was good.
