I have a pretty prominent bulbous nose, so even after my first surgery there was no dramatic effect. While I was looking into revision surgery, I heard this place was a famous nose specialist with lots of flair, so I went just for a consultation first. The doctor kept saying that all the style and line I wanted were possible, which felt suspicious, and the manager kept insisting that I had to leave a deposit to get that price, so the deposit pressure was way too much Anyway, that was that.
