I went about 20 minutes earlier than my consultation appointment, but I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes;; The director doesn’t seem to run it like a private clinic doing only two surgeries a day or anything like that; it’s more like, consult, surgery, done, then consult again, so consultations after surgery seem to get delayed for a long time. They keep calling to ask whether you’ll come in, but I think they’re lacking in notifying people about delays. The front-desk staff aren’t that friendly. The director seemed like he could almost match what you want if you state it during the consultation, and he looked confident. The surgery cost doesn’t seem expensive.
