The doctor is not very kind and gets tired if you ask a lot of questions,, It feels like you only really get a proper consultation after the surgery has already been decided, and that's when they explain things in detail. Maybe it's because they're confident in their skills, I don't know, but while I was consulting, I didn't feel like my questions or anxiety were completely resolved. They just talk about the usual surgery stuff, and the consultation manager is kind, but she's so busy that she has to leave her seat often.
