Consultation for protruding mouth surgery. The manager was extremely unfriendly. The doctor was confident in his surgical skills, but he kept putting down other hospitals a lot. For some reason, apart from the surgery, he asked a lot of unnecessary questions. Good hospitals don't need to praise themselves to have lots of patients, but here... the excessive self-promotion made it feel like they were just salespeople, which actually left me with a bad impression. It wasn't a very crowded hospital, and the facilities felt a bit old. Being in one place for a long time can be reassuring, but here it just felt too old.
