There is only one lead doctor, and while he is kind, it feels a little disappointing that instead of proactively explaining things first, he only answers when you ask questions. The consultation felt like 90% the consultation manager and 10% the lead doctor. The consultation manager does seem to steer you toward various surgeries and procedures, but the lead doctor only recommends what is necessary. There is absolutely no coercion or pressure. The hospital facilities are spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff are moderately kind.
