More than anything else, the managers and staff were so, so kind that it left a strong impression. I was disappointed because the doctor I wanted said they only perform full nose surgery, but the doctor who consulted me explained things kindly and well. It wasn't really a recommendation, but they did mention things they thought would be good to do together, which I actually thought was better. (They clearly said they were not recommending it, just that it might be something I could feel disappointed about.)
