I went for a consultation because I was debating whether to do philtrum reduction with mouth corners or the nose first, and they strongly recommended inner philtrum reduction and the nose. I wanted more of the lip shape and the philtrum area than the nose, so I was a little disappointed that the consultation focused mostly on the nose, but the director was kind and the doctor also explained things well.
