Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait quite a long time. The consultation with the manager was longer than with the doctor. They said local anesthesia or sleep anesthesia were available, and although my philtrum isn't especially long, they said it only looks that way because of my proportions, so they recommended a 3.5 to 4 mm reduction.
