The director is really kind, and so are the staff. It feels like it’s been more than a year since I had my ear pinned-back surgery. Once the swelling completely went down, it went back to looking like an ear that only shows a little from the original ear shape. At first, when the swelling was still there, it looked like a donkey and my features looked sharper too And for several months I couldn’t sleep on my side, so it hurt a lot
