I visited for a consultation because the nose shape in the reviews looked so pretty. The consultation was done in this order: CT + photos -> manager -> doctor -> manager. During the consultation with the manager, I didn't feel like they looked into things very carefully. The doctor's consultation also wasn't long, just about 10-15 minutes? It felt like they clearly told me exactly which surgeries were necessary.
