Of course I knew I wouldn't be able to have the surgery at the app price, but the extra amount added on top of the base nose surgery price was a bit.... And the head nurse was not great. They should explain only what's necessary and then hand it over to the doctor, but although they were talking as if explaining various things, it didn't feel trustworthy, and I strongly felt that with this head nurse, pre- and post-op communication and advocacy would not go well (it seemed like they wouldn't be able to serve as an intermediary between patient and doctor). The pressure to make a reservation was very strong. It made me uncomfortable. Director ㅇㅇㅌ was calm and gentle, and at first they seemed a little tired? I felt like they were drained, but maybe it was just their soft, languid way of speaking. The voice itself, aside from the mask, was a pleasant low-to-mid tone, but sometimes they mumbled a bit and were hard to hear, so I had to focus carefully on the explanation. They weren't unfriendly or especially friendly, but they answered questions adequately. I liked that they used Photoshop to draw on my photo and honestly explained that it would look like this, that certain parts couldn't be done, and that only some improvement would be possible. They seemed to prefer a natural line, and I felt the director's confidence that they would do well if entrusted with it, so I trusted them. Honestly, the director's skill is the most important factor in the decision regardless of how the head nurse is, but the head nurse really wasn't to my taste, and the price was higher than I expected, especially compared with other places, so I'm torn.
