The doctor was exactly like a doctor should be. Cool and looked tired because of surgery. They recommended the septum and ear cartilage, and for a first nose surgery, they did not recommend rib cartilage. At first I wanted to just go with rib cartilage and be done with it, but when I think about the price and the surgery time, if it is not a flashy nose, it seems like it could be fine without rib cartilage. I had seen a post saying that if you use the septum it can become crooked or the support can get weak, but they said that was not true and that it is actually the material most commonly used in nose surgery. I was worried because I saw reviews about uneven nostrils after plastic surgery. There was a review discount, and they did push the deposit.
