I had a consultation for a first rhinoplasty without implants with Director Lee Young-taek. He spoke calmly and in a gentle, step-by-step way, so I trusted him, but one thing that bothered me was when he mentioned that donated rib cartilage might be used. He said the septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be used, and I think the surgery probably went wellㅠㅠ
