It's been 8 months since the surgery. I heard that my honest review on Bartok would be deleted? (I posted a complaint about this part.) So I came here. The cost was a little over 1.6 million won. I trusted a single double-chin review early on and got the surgery, but it had zero effect. The swelling was really severe and it hurt so much. I went through a lot, and the results are really not good at all. I complained to the hospital at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months that there was no effect. In the end, now at 8 months, I decided to have a revision surgery tomorrow. I'm having the revision surgery because I had trouble with the hospital, so I'm really curious what will happen to me tomorrow. Anyway, I suffered so much stress from the swelling for 6 months. The swelling was much worse than I expected, so I quit my job for 2 months after the surgery. But I swear there was no effect anywhere, and when I touched my face it actually felt bigger than before. The consultant said that was subjective and just my opinion. I don't know if they don't do things like CT scans because they want to shift responsibility, but not doing them also shows a lack of professionalism. Why don't they do objective tests? By using the word "subjective" on people who didn't see any effect, are they trying to shut us up? If they don't use objective equipment, then by implication the liposuction done here itself is subjective. Why do they deliberately avoid things that can be objectively verified and then shift responsibility onto the patient? I'll say this clearly. I had a refund consultation with the consultant, and unless there is a hospital diagnosis that the skin peeled off from an inflammatory reaction on the face, or that it was rotten and had to be amputated, they absolutely do not treat it as a side effect. That means even if the effect is 0 percent, situations that are externally unsatisfactory, such as inflammatory or bacterial reactions, or cases where objective diagnosis is possible from the components, like hollow cheeks, severe facial asymmetry, reduced facial fat, no effect, only swelling, a face that got bigger, and so on, are all dismissed as subjective. In other words, the hospital's responsibility is "none." There is no refund. I think they should be taking responsibility far beyond just a refund, but they won't even refund me. That means they don't feel sorry at all. Time, money, and effort were all wasted, and I only went through useless pain. I suffered mentally for 8 months and saw no effect, but the hospital just blames the patient, saying it's only a subjective opinion. I have recordings, and I think I'll have to take several measures against the hospital. For the sake of public interest, and hoping an unspecified number of people won't suffer any more, if I still see no effect after the revision surgery, or if I have any other plastic surgery-related complications, I will spread the knowledge through an honest review. After spreading that knowledge, with my hurt feelings and the desire that other people not be harmed, I was so stressed that I developed an obsession and felt wronged, so here I will give everything I have through actions, not words, and bring everything to an end. People are lazy about finding the truth and have too much hope of wanting things to go well, so they are drawn to places with lots of reviews. I'm such a foolish person too.
