First of all, it was insanely hard to get a booking. It took 3 months, and they answered the phone horribly badly, and even when they did answer, they hung up in the middle, it really felt like an endurance test.. I went because it was famous, but it was just so-so. I was disappointed from the start, and then after struggling to get an appointment, I went for the consultation..... They kept saying the same things over and over, nothing special at all..?
