Overall, it was good. The doctor also explained only what was necessary in a clean, clear way, and answered each of my questions well. And even though I hadn't booked surgery, I liked that they also talked well about the overall direction. But the consultation director felt a bit too rushed and overly pushy. The consultation director kept using technical terms, and even though I couldn't understand them, they kept using them, so that was a little disappointing.
